• Interest-Free Crop Loan: With 0% interest crop loans will be provided up to RS 50000/- to vulnerable landless labourers, cultivators, sharecroppers, and agricultural families that are identified by gram Panchayat.

About Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana 2024

The Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana scheme is for the people of Odisha who are living in Kutcha house. The scheme was launched by the Chief Minister of Odisha state in 2014 to help the people who are unable to build pakka house themselves. The Govt. knows the financial conditions of the people in the state. Not everyone in the state can afford to build pakka house on their own. So, they aim to provide Pakka house to every family living in a Kutcha house.

Specification of the houses

The Odisha Govt. has introduced some specifications of both Pakka and Kutcha houses. It comes under the official notification of BPGY. The specification that needs to be checked for verifying a Kutcha house and pakka house are as follows:

1. Kutcha house: A house is called a kutcha house if it is made of any non-durable material like mud, reeds, unburnt bricks, stones, grass, etc.
2. Pakka house: A house is called a Pakks house if its:

• Foundation, roof, and walls are made of permanent materials.
• Wall materials: fly ash bricks, burnt bricks, stones packed with lime or cement, cement, concrete, timber, etc.
• Its lifetime should be a minimum of 30 years.

The objective of Biju Pakka Ghar Yojana

The main objective of BPGY is to help poor people of rural areas building pakka house. The Odisha Govt. aims to help everyone living in kutcha houses with pakka houses. The BPGY scheme has two components.

1. Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (Normal): Under this component, the government will transfer funds to the beneficiary of up to Rs.1,50,000. The amount gets transferred via RTGS/ NEFT/any other electronic mode of payment.
2. Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana (special): Under this component, the government aims to provide housing units to the beneficiaries. The housing units will be given to beneficiary in the following categories:

• Whose house is fully or severely damaged due to natural or manmade calamities like flood, cyclone, earthquake, fire, elephant menace, communal violence, LWE violence etc.
• Victims of a river or sea inundation who need re-allocation.
• Schedule tribe and other traditional forest dwellers (Act. 2006).
• People affected by Occupational diseases.
• A very poor, vulnerable, and deserving household who need a Pakka house.

Key Highlights of BPGY

Installments in this scheme

There are different unit costs under BPGY 2024 for IAP and non-IAP districts. Per unit cost in non-IAP is approximately Rs.1.20 lacs. The beneficiaries in IAP districts get approximately Rs.1.30 lacs. A house needs to be built in an area of around 25 square meters excluding the area taken by the toilet.

• The beneficiary of BPGY scheme gets every installment after completion of work at a certain level.
• The 1st installment is Rs.20,000 when the work order is issued.
• The 2nd installment is Rs.35000 for IAP districts and Rs.30000 for non-IAP districts. It is released when the construction reaches the lintel level.
• The 3rd installment is Rs.45000 for IAP districts and Rs.40000 for non-IAP districts. It is released when the construction is finished up to the roof.
• The last installment is Rs.30000. It gets transferred when the unit construction is completed with sanitary latrines and the beneficiary starts living in that unit.
• Important: Before the last installment gets released, the beneficiary needs to engrave a BPGY logo with the beneficiary name, area name, sanction year, unit cost, etc on the front wall of the house.

उद्देश्य

प्रत्येक वर्ष राज्य में धान के बढ़ते हुए क्षेत्र से लगभग 1.0 मीटर भू-जल स्तर में गिरावट दर्ज की जा रही है। राज्य के कृषक धान की खेती पर अधिक विश्वास करते हैं, इस खेती में पानी अन्य फसलों की अपेक्षा ज्यादा खर्च होता है।

इसलिए, राज्य किसानों को धान की खेती छोड़कर अन्य फसलों की खेती करने हेतु प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से मेरा पानी मेरी विरासत योजना को शुरू किया है। इससे खेती में विविधता होगी और पानी की खपत में भी कमी आएगी। योजना के अनुसार सरकार ने किसान को धान के स्थान पर मक्का, अरहर, उड़द, कपास, बाजरा, मूंग जैसी फसल बौने के विकल्प दिए हैं। करीब एक लाख हैक्टेयर भूमि पर अन्य फसलों को जगह देना का लक्ष्य रखा है।

योजना के लाभ

1. मेरा पानी मेरी विरासत योजना अंतर्गत किसानों को धान की खेती छोड़कर अपने खेत के 50 प्रतिशत हिस्से पर अन्य फैसला जैसे मक्का, अरहर, उड़द, कपास, बाजरा की खेती करने की एवज में 7000 रुपए प्रति एकड़ की हिसाब से राशि दी जाती है।
2. अगर किसान अपने खेत में अन्य फसलों को स्थान देकर उनका फसल बीमा करवाता है तो किसान के हिस्से की राशि सरकार द्वारा दी जाती है।
3. फसल विविधीकरण हेतु किसान द्वारा सिंचाई यंत्र खेतों में स्थापित किए जाते हैं तो इस स्थिति में किसान को कुल लगत का सिर्फ जीएसटी ही देना होगा।
4. यदि किसान मक्का, अरहर, मूंग, उड़द, तिल, कपास और सब्जी की खेती करता है सरकार फसलों की खरीद न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर करेगी।
5. इस योजना से जल संरक्षण को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा और आने वाले समय में राज्य के भू-जल में भी वृद्धि होगी।
6. खेती सम्बंधित मशीनरी उपलब्ध करवाई जाती है एवं माइक्रो-इरीगेशन और ड्रिप इरीगेशन के लिए 80% सब्सिडी भी दी जाती है।
7. मक्का बिजाई मशीन पर 40% की सब्सिडी दी जाती है और मक्का खरीद के दौरान मण्डीयों में मक्का सुखाने के लिए मशीने लगाई जाएगीं, जिससे किसानों को पर्याप्त नमी के आधार पर उचित मुल्य मिल सके।
8. यह योजना राज्य के सभी जिलों में लागू है। मेरा पानी मेरी विरासत योजना से सम्बंधित एक पोर्टल भी बनाया है, जिससे पात्र लाभार्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है।

पात्रता

1. सिर्फ हरियाणा के मूल निवासी किसान ही इस योजना का लाभ ले सकते हैं।
2. इस योजना के तहत जिस किसान ने अपनी कुल जमीन के 50 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक क्षेत्र पर धान के बजाय मक्का, कपास, बाजरा, दलहन, सब्जीयां इत्यादि फसल उगाई है तो उसको 7,000/- रूपये प्रति एकड़ की दर से राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।

4. हरियाणा के जिन क्षेत्रों में पर्याप्त पानी है और वहां यदि कोई किसान धान की खेती को छोड़कर अन्य फसल को अपने खेत में स्थान देता है तो वह भी इस योजना का लाभ लेने के पात्र होगा।

प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना के तीसरे चरण में सरकार ने एक करोड़ युवकों को प्रशिक्षित करने का लक्ष्य रखा है , ऐसे में यदि आप प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना ट्रेनिंग सेंटर (PMKVY training center) खोलना चाहते हैं तो इसकी भी अनुमति दी गई है ।

योजना के उद्देश्य

योजना के लाभ

1. प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना की सहायता से उन सभी की प्रशिक्षण दिया जायेगा जिन्होंने अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति खराब होने के कारण अपनी पढ़ाई बीच में ही छोड़ दी थी।

प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना 3.0 में पंजीकरण कैसे करे?

Step 1: सबसे पहले आपको प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा। इसके बाद आपके सामने वेबसाइट का होमपेज खुल जायेगा।

Step 2: वेबसाइट के होमपेज पर आपको दाई और साइड में “Quick Link” का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा। आपको इस पर क्लिक करके “Skill India” के विकल्प पर क्लिक कर देना है।

Step 3: आपके द्वारा इस विकल्प पर क्लिक किये जाने के बाद एक नया पेज खुल जायेगा। इस पेज पर आपको “Register as a Candidate” के विकल्प पर क्लिक कर देना है।

Step 4: इस विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने एक रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म खुल जायेगा। इस रेगिस्ट्रशन फॉर्म में आपको सभी पूछी गयी जानकारियों को जैसे: – Basic Details, Second Location Details, Third Preferences of Training Sector, Fourth Associated Program and Fifth Interested आदि को भर देना है।

Step 5: सभी जानकारियों को भरने के बाद आप दिए गए “Submit” के बटन पर क्लिक कर दे, इस प्रकार आपका फॉर्म सबमिट हो जायेगा।

Step 6: अब आपको वेबसाइट में लॉगिन करना होगा। इसके लिए आपको “Login” के बटन पर क्लिक करके यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड को भरकर वेबसाइट में लॉगिन कर लेना है।

योजना के उद्देश्य और लाभ

हाल ही में, मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने घोषणा की कि राज्य सरकार उन छात्रों को मुफ्त कोचिंग प्रदान कर रही है जिनकी वित्तीय पृष्ठभूमि अच्छी नहीं है लेकिन छात्र उच्च शिक्षा का अध्ययन करना चाहते हैं।

आकांक्षा योजना की मदद से अब राज्य में अनुसूचित जाति (SC)/अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) के छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में कोई बाधा नहीं आएगी। छात्र राज्य में प्रतिष्ठित कोचिंग में कोचिंग कर अपने सपनों को साकार कर सकते हैं। 10वीं कक्षा में अच्छे अंक प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को निःशुल्क कोचिंग दी जाएगी।

योजना का लाभ उन छात्रों को दिया जाएगा जो अनुसूचित जाति (SC)/अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) के हैं और 10वीं कक्षा 60% के साथ उत्तीर्ण हैं।

कितने छात्रों को सहायता मिलती है

इस योजना के लिए 10वीं के परीक्षा बैच से कुल 200 प्रतिभाशाली छात्रों का चयन किया जाता है। इंजीनियरिंग कोचिंग के लिए 100 सीटें, मेडिकल कोचिंग के लिए 50 सीटें और CLAT कोचिंग के लिए 50 सीटें प्रदान की जाती हैं। छात्र का चयन प्रवेश परीक्षा के आधार पर होता है।

प्रवेश परीक्षा राज्य सरकार के अधिकारियों या मध्य प्रदेश जनजातीय मामलों के स्वचालन प्रणाली (MPTAAS) द्वारा आयोजित की जाएगी। प्रवेश परीक्षा आयोजित करने के बाद छात्र चयन सूची में अपना नाम देख सकते हैं और अपने नाम की पुष्टि कर सकते हैं।

पात्रता मापदंड

1. छात्र मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी होना चाहिए।
2. उसे 10वीं की परीक्षा न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ उत्तीर्ण करनी चाहिए।
3. छात्र की पारिवारिक आय वार्षिक आधार पर 6 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
4. आकांक्षा योजना के लिए केवल आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और पिछड़े छात्र और बेरोजगार छात्र ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
5. छात्र का अंतिम चयन योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाता है। प्रवेश परीक्षा के आधार पर मेरिट लिस्ट बनाई जाएगी।

1. आवेदक का बैंक खाता संख्या, जिसे आधार संख्या के माध्यम से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए।

आकांक्षा योजना के ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण कैसे करें?

Step 1: सबसे पहले, आपको आकांक्षा योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा और “नया हितग्राही प्रोफाइल पंजीकरण” क्लिक करना होगा।

Step 2: आपको सभी आवश्यक विवरण जैसे नाम, जन्म तिथि (DOB), पिता का नाम, पता आदि भरना होगा।

Step 3: फिर, आवेदन पत्र में अपनी जाति का विवरण, आय प्रमाण पत्र (Income Certificate) दर्ज करें। फॉर्म में अपना आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र भी अपलोड करें।

योजना क उद्देश्य

राज्य के छोटे बड़े मजदूर आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर होने के कारन अपने कारोबार को आगे नहीं बढ़ा पाते। इसी समस्या को दूर करने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश के सरकार इस योजना को सुरु किया है।

इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य के शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के बढ़ई, दर्जी, टोकरी बुनने वाले, नाई, सुनार, लोहार, कुम्हार, हलवाई, मोची जैसे पारंपरिक कारोबारियों तथा हस्तशिल्प की कला को प्रोत्साहित करना और आगे बढ़ाना।

योजना  का लाभ

1. विश्वकर्मा श्रम सम्मान योजना के तहत प्रति वर्ष 15 हजार लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा।
2. विश्वकर्मा श्रम सम्मान योजना के अंतर्गत दी जाने वाली सभी प्रकार की ट्रेनिंग का पूरा खर्च राज्य सरकार द्वारा उठाया जाएगा।
3. इस योजना का लाभ राज्य के शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के टोकरी बुनने वाले, नाई, सुनार, बढ़ई, दर्जी, कुम्हार, हलवाई, लोहार, मोची जैसे पारंपरिक कारोबारियों तथा हस्तशिल्प की कला करने वालो को प्रदान किया जायेगा।
4. विश्वकर्मा श्रम सम्मान योजना के अंतर्गत बढ़ई, दर्जी, टोकरी बुनने वाले, नाई, सुनार, लोहार, कुम्हार, हलवाई, मोची आदि को 6 दिन की फ्री ट्रेनिंग प्रदान की जाएगी।
5. साथ ही 10 हजार रूपए से लेकर 10 लाख रूपए की आर्थिक सहायता भी प्रदान की जाएगी।

योजना के अंतर्गत साक्षरता कार्यक्रम

इस योजना के अंतर्गत राजय के सभी नागरिक जिन्होनो ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया है और आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी उपायुक्त उद्योग कार्यालय में जमा की है ऐसे सभी आवेदकों के साक्षरता का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

साक्षरता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन उद्योग एवं उद्यम प्रोत्साहन केंद्र की चयन समिति द्वारा किया जाएगा।

पात्रता

1. आवेदक व्यक्ति उत्तर प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य है।

योजना का उद्देश्य

इस योजना का उद्देश्य है ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बढ़ती हुई बेरोजगारी की समस्या को कम करना और सहर की और पलायन को रोकना है।

इस योजना के माध्यम से सरकार ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवाओं को तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण देकर रोजगार लगाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर रही है। यदि कोई युवा किसी स्वरोजगार का शुभारंभ करता है तो उसके साथ और भी कई लोगों को रोजगार मिलता है। इसका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों को आत्मनिर्भर हुआ सशक्त बनाना है।

योजना का लाभ

1. उत्तर प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के प्रशिक्षित बेरोजगार युवा अब इस योजना के जरिए स्वरोजगार शुरू करने के लिए 10 लाख तक का लोन प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
2. स्वरोजगार में रुचि रखने वाली महिलाएं भी इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं ।
3. आईटीआई और पॉलिटेक्निक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वाले बेरोजगार नागरिकों को इस योजना का लाभ मुख्य तौर पर प्रदान किया जाएगा ।
4. इस योजना का लाभ यूपी के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो के सभी बेरोजगार युवा उठा सकते है ।

योजना की पात्रता

1. आवेदक उत्तर प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए ।
2. आवेदक की आयु 18 से 40 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
3. यदि युवा ने कहीं पर काम किया है तो अनुभवी होने का प्रमाण-पत्र होना चाहिए।
4. उत्तर प्रदेश में मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोजगार योजना के अंतर्गत केवल बेरोजगार युवाओ को ही पात्र माना जायेगा ।
5. लाभार्थियों में 50 प्रतिशत अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति/ पिछड़ी जाति (SC/ST/OBC) के युवाओं को शामिल किया जाएगा।
6. इस योजना के तहत राज्य के शिक्षित पुरुष व महिलाएं दोनो ही इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Step 2: ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट पर जाते ही आपके सामने होम पेज खुल कर आएगा। यहाँ आपको ग्रामोद्योग रोजगार योजना का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा। आपको इस पर क्लिक करना होगा।

Step 3: जैसी आप इस पर क्लिक करेंगे आपके सामने ग्रामोद्योग रोजगार योजना का फॉर्म खुल जायेगा।
